Nursing House Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursing House Supervisor to join the Kaiser Permanente team! As a Nursing House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and providing an excellent patient experience. You will be an essential part of the team, working to provide high-quality care and leading by example for our staff.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role. You will also need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field and be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of California. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of patient care procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about patient care and is driven to ensure a positive experience for both patients and staff.
