Occupational Therapist

At Kaiser Permanente, we are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care and services to our members. The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, as well as a valid state license.This individual will have a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing quality care. They must be able to work with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds, and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Our Occupational Therapist must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, and they must be able to work independently and as part of a team.We are looking for an individual who is driven and eager to learn, and who is an advocate for the highest standard of care. Responsibilites:

-Design and implement personalized treatment plans for patients in accordance with their individual needs

-Conduct assessments of patient’s abilities, limitations, and functional needs

-Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

-Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other professionals involved in patient care

-Educate patients and their families on how to manage and improve their conditions

-Document patient evaluations, progress, and plans of care

-Provide emotional support and compassion to patients

-Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions

-Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
