Doctor Of Optometry Degree From An Accredited Institution: This Is A Minimum Requirement For Any Optometrist Position And Ensures That The Candidate Has Received The Necessary Education And Training In The Field Of Optometry.
State Licensure And Certification: The Candidate Must Be Licensed To Practice Optometry In The State Of Capitol Hill And Hold All Necessary Certifications To Perform Eye Examinations And Prescribe Corrective Lenses.
Experience In A Medical Group Setting: Preferably, The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Medical Group Or Multi-Specialty Clinic, As This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Work Well In A Team And Provide Quality Care To Patients.
