Patient Care Technician

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll have the opportunity to assist with a variety of patient care activities, from taking vital signs to providing general care and emotional support.To be successful as a Patient Care Technician, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be caring and empathetic. You should also be comfortable working in a team environment and be able to remain calm under pressure.The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be certified in CPR and basic life support. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. In addition, the ability to use medical equipment and follow strict protocols is essential. Most of all, you should be passionate about providing quality care to patients.
