  1. Provide compassionate care to patients by addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

  3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  4. Help patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  5. Administer medications and perform basic medical procedures under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
  6. Respond to patients' calls and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patients' conditions and progress.
  10. Demonstrate critical thinking skills to identify and address potential patient care issues.
  11. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
  13. Foster a positive and caring atmosphere for patients, their families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
  14. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and provide the best possible care.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Basic Medical Terminology And Procedures

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Equivalent Certification
