- Dispensing Medications: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Medication Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of medication inventory, expiration dates, and proper storage.
- Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service and patient care by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication dosage, interactions, and instructions.
- Adherence to Regulations: Follow all state and federal regulations and Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures regarding medication dispensing, storage, and handling.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education: A Pharmacy Technician At Kaiser Permanente Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Educational Qualification And Sets A Foundation For Further Training.
Pharmacy Technician Certification (Cpht): Kaiser Permanente Prefers Candidates Who Have Completed A Pharmacy Technician Certification Program And Are Certified By The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb).
