- Keep inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment, restocking as needed.

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or issues with care.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to phlebotomy and patient care.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or healthcare team.
Certification: A Phlebotomist At Kaiser Permanente Must Hold A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Setting Is Preferred. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Blood Collection Techniques, Processing And Handling Of Specimens, And Knowledge Of Medical Terminology.
Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For A Phlebotomist At Kaiser Permanente. They Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Coworkers, And Healthcare Professionals In A Clear And Professional Manner.
