- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical history, and evidence-based practices.
- Implement effective and appropriate treatment techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and other self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Program: This Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Physical Therapist At Kaiser Permanente. Candidates Must Have Completed A Dpt Program From A Recognized Institution.
State Licensure: All Applicants Must Be Licensed To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Requirements And Has The Skills And Knowledge To Provide Quality Care.
Specialization In Outpatient Orthopedics: Kaiser Permanente Is Looking For Candidates Who Have A Specialization In Outpatient Orthopedics. This Means Having Experience And Expertise In Treating Patients With Musculoskeletal Injuries And Conditions In An Outpatient Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Physical Therapist In An Outpatient Orthopedics Setting, You Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
