  1. Provide respiratory care services to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.

  3. Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  4. Monitor and adjust respiratory therapy equipment and interventions as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures, equipment, and self-management techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  8. Stay informed on the latest advancements in respiratory care and implement best practices in patient care.
  9. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Demonstrate critical thinking skills in decision-making and problem-solving.
  11. Comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards and guidelines.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based respiratory care protocols.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct at all times.
  15. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Care Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (Rcp) License From The State Licensing Board.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Respiratory Care Practitioner In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.

  • Bls And Acls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
