Master's Degree In Social Work: A Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University Is Typically Required For This Position, Providing The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Work In A Psychiatric Setting.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw): Candidates Should Possess A Valid Lcsw License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Clinical Expertise And Ensures Adherence To Ethical And Legal Standards.
