- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution: A Registered Nurse (Rn) At Kaiser Permanente Must Have Completed A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing To Be Eligible For The Position. This Degree Ensures That The Nurse Has A Solid Foundation Of Nursing Education And Is Prepared To Handle Complex Medical Cases.
Current Rn License In Good Standing: The Rn Must Have A Current And Active License From The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Able To Practice And Adhere To All State Regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical/Surgical Intensive Care: Kaiser Permanente Requires Its Rns To Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Setting. This Experience Ensures That The Nurse Is Familiar With Critical Care Protocols And Is Able To Handle Complex Medical Cases.
Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position. These Certifications Demonstrate The Nurse's Ability To Respond To Medical Emergencies And Provide Life-Saving Interventions.
