Job Description

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. We believe in creating an environment of collaboration, enthusiasm, and continuous learning, and we are looking for a professional who can contribute to that dynamic. The Senior Business Analyst will be an integral part of our organization as they will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic business analysis plans and initiatives.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least five years of experience in a business analysis role. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, excellent organization and time management abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Above all, the Senior Business Analyst must be passionate about solving complex business problems and improving overall business performance.
