Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Director, Communications and Brand Management to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. This strategic leader will be a key member of the Communications team, responsible for developing and executing strategic communications and brand initiatives that will help differentiate Kaiser Permanente in the competitive health care landscape. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or public relations and must demonstrate a history of successful program development and execution. The Senior Director will have a strong understanding of the health care industry, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to think strategically and analytically. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams. The Senior Director must also have a natural ability to inspire and motivate others while maintaining a professional, positive, and results-driven attitude. We are looking for a creative and results-oriented individual who is ready to join our team and help take Kaiser Permanente’s brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic communications and brand initiatives to differentiate Kaiser Permanente in the health care landscape.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program development and execution.
  3. Utilize exceptional organizational and project management skills to plan and execute initiatives.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the health care industry and a passion for storytelling.
  5. Possess a natural ability to inspire and motivate others while maintaining a professional, positive, and results-driven attitude.
  6. Think strategically and analytically to develop and implement effective communication plans.
  7. Design and implement initiatives to take Kaiser Permanente’s brand to the next level.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of communications and brand initiatives.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level team members.
