  1. Provide high-quality patient care: As a Senior Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent medical care to patients, utilizing your skills and expertise to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff: You will work closely with a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. This includes collaborating on treatment plans, sharing knowledge and expertise, and communicating effectively to ensure the best possible outcome for patients.
  3. Conduct patient assessments and examinations: As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments and examinations, including taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and making diagnoses.
  4. Prescribe medications and treatments: You will have the authority to prescribe medications and treatments for patients within the scope of your practice, in accordance with state laws and regulations.
  5. Educate patients and their families: A key aspect of this role is educating patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures. This includes explaining complex medical information in a way that is easy for patients to understand.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Physician Assistant, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In A Specialized Area Of Medicine, Such As Cardiology, Oncology, Or Primary Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor Other Pas In A Team-Based Care Model.
