  1. Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams on patients, using advanced equipment and techniques to produce clear and accurate images.
  2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary patient information and provide recommendations for further testing or treatment.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect patients and staff during procedures.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of images produced, making adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and clear results.
  6. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and policies.
  7. Keep up-to-date with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques, incorporating new knowledge into practice.
  8. Educate patients on the procedure and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  10. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  11. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the performance of duties.
  12. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the imaging process.
  14. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide a seamless and efficient patient experience.
  15. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology.

  • Ardms Certification In At Least One Specialty (E.g. Abdominal, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Vascular).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
