Sr Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are looking for a motivated and mission-driven Senior Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join the Kaiser Permanente team. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem solver with a passion for excellence and a commitment to patient care. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analysis on biological specimens, interpreting test results, and providing accurate and timely laboratory results in support of patient care.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science and at least five years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting with demonstrated knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and laboratory safety. In addition, you must have a current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) from a nationally recognized certifying organization, such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
