We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal candidate must be compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented. The Staff Nurse - ICU will be responsible for providing care to ICU patients and their families. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and strong problem-solving abilities. If you have a commitment to providing quality, personalized care, this is the role for you.The successful candidate must have a valid nursing license in the state of the practice and at least one year of ICU experience. In addition, we require an Associate of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university. A Master of Science in Nursing degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based patient care to ICU patients and their families.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with patients and families.
- Utilize time management skills to ensure patient care is delivered in a timely manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient progress and document all care provided.
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatments, and self-care management.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing

Current Bls/Acls Certification
