  1. Dispensing Medications: The primary responsibility of the Technician - Pharmacy will be to accurately and timely dispense medications to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with Pharmacists: The Technician - Pharmacy will work closely with our team of pharmacists to ensure efficient workflow and support in providing high-quality care to our members.
  3. Maintain Inventory: It will be the responsibility of the Technician - Pharmacy to monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies, and place orders as needed.
  4. Process Prescriptions: The Technician - Pharmacy will be responsible for processing prescriptions, including data entry, insurance verification, and filling medication orders.
  5. Provide Customer Service: The Technician - Pharmacy will interact with patients and healthcare providers to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions related to medications.
  6. Ensure Compliance: The Technician - Pharmacy will follow all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
  7. Maintain Records: It will be the responsibility of the Technician - Pharmacy to accurately document all dispensing activities and maintain patient records in a confidential and secure manner.
  8. Assist with Quality Improvement: The Technician - Pharmacy will participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance patient care.
  9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: The Technician - Pharmacy will stay updated on industry developments, new medications, and changes in regulations to ensure the highest quality of care for our members.
  10. Adhere to Safety Standards: The Technician - Pharmacy will adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment for themselves and others.
