The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. A Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and distributing medications and medical supplies.
2. Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and refills.
3. Maintain patient records and other administrative tasks.
4. Answer phone calls from customers regarding prescription and medical supply orders.
5. Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
7. Ensure accuracy of all medication orders and dispenses.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
9. Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
