1. Operate and maintain various types of heavy machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes.
2. Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
3. Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.
4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and those around you.
5. Work closely with the team to coordinate and prioritize equipment usage to meet project deadlines.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
7. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity while operating equipment.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues.
9. Assist with the transportation and set up of equipment at job sites.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
11. Keep work area clean and organized.
12. Attend training and meetings as required.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic at all times.
14. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
15. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
