  1. Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
  3. Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  5. Create and maintain employee development and training programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  8. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  10. Advise and assist managers with employee performance management and disciplinary actions.
  11. Manage and maintain HR records and systems.
  12. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  15. Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Programs.
