Algorithm Engineer

Responsible for BMS algorithm development, validation, and implementation. Responsible for definition, development, and maintenance of the Algorithm related requirements. Develop the models and methods to predict SOC, SOP, and SOH for the BMS software. Work with software engineers to integrate application-layer software, including code generation using Embedded Coder. Design software using (C++, Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow) integrating feed-forward control strategy, test results, diagnostics, and industry best practices for control system code, including redundancy. Utilize development tools to aid and speed the development; scripts for automated lookup table generation, automated test data processing. Algorithm MIL/SIL/HIL validation by implementing and automating regression and functional tests. Support the battery system integration, bench test, and validation. Support the vehicle integration and trouble shooting.
