The Director, Brand and Marketing is the key driving force behind the company’s marketing efforts and global brand development. Lead strategic planning, development and execution of Karma global marketing campaigns – spearheading innovative programs which support global brand development and retail growth. Be driving force in building brand awareness, enhancing perception and consideration through creative use of Marketing initiatives. Orchestrate marketing analytics and KPI metrics to analyze campaign effectives and ROI, leading strategic changes as required. Provide support, counsel and direction to global Karma operations beyond US (currently Europe & China). Work in partnership with sales and export function to ensure Marketing initiatives support retail goals in all markets.
