Use Plan and schedule various purchased sub-components needed to build prototypes for new programs. Support program/s from prototype phase through start of production until transition to production sustaining team. Identify potential supply risks and inventory exposures by aligning supply chain processes with product development project plan milestones. Maintain accurate MRP Purchase Order data to reflect confirmed delivery quantities and due dates from suppliers and resolve inventory discrepancies in proprietary MRP system and SAP. Maintain supplies of all required parts/ kits for weekly/monthly production. Effectively manage inventory and the KanBan/MRP system such that material outages do not occur. Expedite emergency needs to support the production schedule. Conduct regular cycle counts to a goal of 100% inventory accuracy.
