Closing Coordinator

The DUP Coordinator serves in a dual role capacity by assisting with sales and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, lenders, appraisers and Title Company. Daily coordination of closings with title company, sales, construction, realtors, and buyers. Pair sales contracts with studio final contracts and calculate final sales price 60 days prior to closing .Create FHA Builder documents for each home Provide title with final surveys. Confirm houses are signed off with construction team for closings. Interact with buyers and realtors regarding closing questions Close homes in AS400 to report once closed and funded. Provide executed/revised contracts to lenders/realtors. Archive DUP documents to house file.
