Land Development Superintendent
KB Home seeks a Land Development Superintendent add to its Land team. This person will manage the development process of multiple residential subdivisions in accordance with approved plans, budgets and schedules as provided by the Land Development Manager. Daily coordination of county officials and inspectors, contractors, surveyors and consultants. Monitors contractors' work and dry utility construction for compliance with schedule and workmanship. Schedules and participates in municipal inspections to achieve acceptance of improvements. Responsible for job site organization and appearance. Detailed and results oriented. Team player with excellent people and organizational skills. Motivated, energetic and resourceful.
5+ years of land development experience
Candidates must have SWPP experience
Proven ability to read blueprints, experience preparing cost estimates in the field, budgeting experience
Ability to manage and assume broad responsibility for approximately 10-15 projects at various stages and locations
