  1. Manage and maintain the food labs to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workspace for the research and development team.
  2. Collaborate with the research and development team to develop and test new food products and recipes.
  3. Conduct thorough research on food trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to inform recipe development.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all recipes, ingredients, and production processes.
  5. Coordinate and oversee the production of food samples for product testing and sensory evaluation.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Utilize strong food science knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that arise during recipe development and production.
  8. Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in the food labs, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in food science to continuously improve and innovate our products.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on food lab procedures and processes.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to bring new products to market.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as food safety regulations and guidelines.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on recipe development and project timelines.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the food labs.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Food Lab Management Or Quality Control.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Procedures.

  • Experience With Food Product Development And Sensory Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
