
Manager, eCommerce Solutions
You’ll be the dedicated manager for all the Natural & Insurgent brand websites, responsible for day-to-day site operations and technical merchandising. We’ll look to you to maintain, expand, and scale websites for defined brands in the category. Remain abreast of new technologies and trends in the eCommerce retail space and incorporate them into recommendations for site enhancements. Focus on driving revenue and engagement, with an understanding of how the D2C site experience affects business processes including P&L and go-to-market strategies. Help inform digital strategies and eCommerce roadmap, including but not limited to building website functionality, integrations, and content. Assist the IT team in ushering web projects through the entire project lifecycle (research/scoping, development, testing, and deployment) by working across both internal and external development resources. Provide input on project timelines, release schedules, website budget, and agency scope of work.
5+ years of experience with general understanding of IT Stack and project management
Passion for creating a great online customer commerce experience
Intrinsic enthusiasm for natural foods, natural/organic lifestyle, and nutrition
Experience working in Magento heavily preferred
Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely.
