
Marketing Director
As Marketing Director, you will lead the development of all marketing and innovation strategies for our Portable Wholesome Snacks (PWS) portfolio of brands for our Away From Home (AFH) business. Defining the direction of the PWS portfolio, you will have profit & loss (P&L) accountability, including the development of long-term strategic plans, product innovation, marketing campaigns, annual financial & strategic business plans, and pricing architecture. Our success is shaped by you. Developing brand strategies based on strong consumer, customer, and market landscape insights. Setting a compelling vision for the future of PWS portfolio via core health and white space expansion to drive accelerated growth. Enrolling the organization and rallying multi-functional resources to deliver the plans. Develop the marketing talent on the PWS team through Talent Management and enable the team day-to-day through coaching and breaking down barriers.
Strong strategic mindset that translates to business results
Proven ability to work in matrix organization to deliver results
Foodservice experience desired a plus
Strong knowledge of insights, ROI, RGM, P&L
Significant FMCG marketing experience in brand and/or innovation
