In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility and ensuring that our high-quality products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production facility.
  2. Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
  3. Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  9. Ensure proper inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff.
  11. Address and resolve any production issues or delays promptly.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to food production.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  14. Work closely with management to develop and implement production strategies and goals.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Food Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Production Processes, Quality Control And Safety Regulations.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Problem-Solving To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Food Science, Engineering, Or Business Management.
