- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control and food safety processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to identify any potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality and safety standards for all food products.
- Train and educate employees on food safety protocols, quality control procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality and safety.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay up-to-date on any changes in food safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control and food safety professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Implement and maintain a robust recall and crisis management plan to mitigate any potential risks to consumers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining high-quality and safe food products.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality and food safety performance and initiatives.
- Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to food safety and quality control.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards and address any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of quality and food safety throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in food safety and quality control, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Nutrition, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Food Safety And Quality Assurance Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda And Usda Regulations, Haccp Principles, And Gmps.
Experience With Developing And Implementing Quality Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members.
