Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for developing innovative brand strategies? We are seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager - Innovation to join our dynamic team at Kellogg. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and execute new product development initiatives for our globally recognized brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability through the development and launch of innovative products.   1. Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive growth and profitability for our globally recognized brands.
  2. Lead and manage new product development initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and use insights to inform product development and messaging.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and finance to ensure alignment and successful execution of new product launches.
  5. Manage all aspects of product development including concept development, packaging design, pricing, and positioning.
  6. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of new products.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, making recommendations for improvement and future launches.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  9. Work closely with advertising and promotions teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand standards and guidelines across all products and communication channels.
  11. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  12. Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and objectives for the brand, and track and report on progress and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Brand Management: A Senior Associate Brand Manager - Innovation At Kellogg Should Have A Strong Background In Brand Management, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights, And Product Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Innovation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products Or Initiatives, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Innovation Strategies That Drive Growth And Meet Consumer Needs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Associate Brand Manager, This Role Will Require Leadership And Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, As Well As The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Results.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Consumer Insights, And Competitive Landscape To Identify Opportunities For Innovation. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Challenges And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field: A Senior Associate Brand Manager - Innovation Should Have A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Is Preferred, But Not Required. Additional Certifications Or Training In Brand Management, Innovation, Or Marketing Would Be A Plus.
