
Front Desk Receptionist
Receive incoming calls and ensure phone calls are redirected to appropriate department and staff (transferring, screening calls and take telephone messages). Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. Greet visitors, instruct to sign-in and assign visitors to appropriate conference rooms. Take mail to the mailbox and check mailbox. Distribute in-coming mail, meter all outgoing mail and packages. Arrange pickup and delivery of courier services. Use copy and fax machine.
