Admitting Representative

Kettering Health Network is seeking an Admitting Representative to join our team. This individual will need to be highly organized, self-motivated and customer service oriented. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be able to efficiently handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a professional with good interpersonal skills who will ensure that patients have a positive experience when they enter our healthcare facility.The successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience in customer service, preferably in a hospital setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
