Cardiology Clinical Pharmacist

Kettering Health Network is seeking an experienced and passionate Cardiology Clinical Pharmacist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide a high level of pharmaceutical care for patients in the cardiology service line while working collaboratively with other healthcare providers. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in the development of clinical programs, drug use evaluations, and medication safety initiatives to ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care for cardiology patients.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, with a minimum of three years of clinical pharmacy experience in a cardiology setting. In addition, you must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio, with experience in providing patient care in an acute care setting, and have a strong knowledge of drug therapy for cardiology patients. You must also possess strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills, and be an effective team player.

Responsibilities:
