Experience In Pastoral Care: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience Working In A Pastoral Care Setting, Such As A Church Or Hospital Chaplaincy. This Will Ensure That They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Needs And Concerns Of Clergy Members And Can Provide Effective Support And Guidance.
Strong Communication And Listening Skills: As A Phone Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Guidance And Support To Clergy Members Over The Phone. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Active Listening Skills Are Essential To Effectively Understand And Address Their Needs.
