- Support and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Kettering Health Network.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and stakeholders.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume review, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to promote professional growth and enhance job performance.
- Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to ensure compliance and promote innovation.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems
