  1. Support and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Kettering Health Network.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and stakeholders.
  3. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume review, and conducting interviews.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  5. Facilitate employee training and development programs to promote professional growth and enhance job performance.
  6. Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and retention.
  8. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  10. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to ensure compliance and promote innovation.
  13. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development, continuously seeking opportunities for growth.

Job Qualifications
