Job Description

Kettering Health Network is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Patient Experience Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background, and a passion for providing exemplary care to our patients. In this role, you’ll provide an exceptional patient experience that exceeds their expectations and ensures their loyalty.The ideal candidate will possess the following required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field• At least three years of experience in patient care and customer service• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and delivering customer service strategies• Ability to foster positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and staff• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you’re passionate about providing a superior patient experience and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the quality of care we provide, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement customer service strategies to ensure a positive patient experience and exceed patient expectations.
  2. Foster and maintain positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and staff.
  3. Actively work to resolve patient issues and provide answers to questions.
  4. Develop innovative solutions to improve the patient experience.
  5. Utilize excellent communication skills to clearly convey information to patients and staff.
  6. Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  9. Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
