- Develop and implement HR analytics strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support decision making in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify and address key HR issues and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.
- Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Partner with managers and leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR.
- Stay updated on industry developments and make recommendations for improvement in HR processes and systems.
- Train and mentor junior HR team members and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization's values and culture.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Position.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With The Ability To Apply Them In A Complex Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations To Support Hr Initiatives And Goals.
