  1. Develop and implement HR analytics strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support decision making in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to identify and address key HR issues and initiatives.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in HR.
  5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.
  6. Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  7. Partner with managers and leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  11. Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and make recommendations for improvement in HR processes and systems.
  13. Train and mentor junior HR team members and provide support and guidance as needed.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization's values and culture.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With The Ability To Apply Them In A Complex Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations To Support Hr Initiatives And Goals.
