4. Educate customers on the mortgage process and KeyBank products.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
6. Process mortgage loan applications, collect documents, and review for accuracy.
7. Analyze customer credit and financial information to determine eligibility and prepare loan documents.
8. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
9. Maintain accurate records in the customer database.
10. Provide timely follow-up with customers.
