Job Description

At KeyBank, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager who will build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to our clients, and for increasing the profitability of our bank. Our Relationship Manager will be an integral part of our team and will help us to continue providing the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with customized financial advice and solutions.
  2. Analyze clients' financial needs and objectives to identify suitable products and services.
  3. Educate clients on financial products and services, answering any questions they may have.
  4. Monitor client portfolios to ensure they are meeting their financial goals.
  5. Develop strategies to increase the profitability of KeyBank.
  6. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  7. Adhere to banking regulations and standards when providing services to clients.
  8. Remain up to date on industry news and market trends.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Utilize customer relationship management software to track client data.
