Franchise Finance Intern

The position will be responsible for providing day to day analysis in support of KFC Franchise Business Management. This internship will start in Spring 2020 and be ongoing - those applicants only interested in summer internships need not apply. Partner with Franchise Finance to ensure that all M&A transactions financially meet KFC liquidity requirements on a pro forma basis to support healthy system growth. Develop tracker to review transaction metrics (sales price, EBITDA multiples, and buyer ratios) as well as post transaction operations metrics to support brand power strengthening assertion through M&A. Support the Franchise Finance Manager / Associate Manager in preparing detailed reports for KFC's Leadership Team on YTD progress against strategic goals. Support KFC Finance Team as needed in ad hoc projects and various strategic initiatives.
