Marketing Budget Analyst
Monthly Budget Tracking & Key Account Analysis. Track and report on committed and uncommitted budgets. Review and Process Agency Invoices. Work with Team members and production cost consultants as appropriate to resolve invoices that cannot be processed. Coordinate and process monthly agency DMG media and production accruals, including maintaining monthly timelines. Annual Budget Maintenance, Support, and documentation. Support Marketing Plans & Analysis Manager in preparing the annual budget, addressing any budget related issue & SAP issues.
3-5 years experience with budget planning, tracking, analysis and reporting
Strong understanding and experience with budget and accounting systems, accruals, the accounts payable process and account analysis
Strong understanding of budget/financial systems and processes
