Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Partnerships.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In The Education Field, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Education Principles, Curriculum Development, And Adult Learning Theories.
Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Education And Training In Healthcare, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Training Programs.
