Infection Control/ Employee Health Nurse

12. Conduct risk assessments and develop prevention strategies for workplace injuries and illnesses.
13. Monitor and track employee illness and injury data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
14. Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
15. Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities related to infectious diseases.
16. Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
17. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
