
Practice Administrator
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Practice Administrator to join our team at Kindred Healthcare. The Practice Administrator is a key leadership role that is accountable for directing and coordinating the overall operations and activities of the facility. To be successful, the Practice Administrator must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing the highest quality of healthcare to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; a minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare setting; excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; demonstrated leadership abilities; and a strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies for the facility, based on established goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational activities and processes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Create and manage budgets, including monitoring and forecasting of financial performance.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality of care and patient safety.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Manage customer service initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
