Job Description

Customer Service oriented, motivated and experienced Accounting Clerk for our Idaho Falls, ID location. This position will require the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Answer calls & check Unity inbox regularly. Mail distribution. Outside office errands. Drafting of documents. Receive and log customer payments. Deposits. Coordinate lunches, dinners etc. during heaving bidding days. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Experience in JDE a plus

  • Experience in a "high volume" construction atmosphere
