
Auditor - Travel & Expense
This role will primarily focus on analyzing expense patterns and submissions, exception risk assessments, and educating cardholders about company policies and procedures. The role will report and escalate misuse of company funds as well as track employee paybacks. Manage a workbench consisting of assigned exceptions generated by an automated auditing tool. Apply logic and reason to analysis of employee expense submission entries and receipts. Know company policies and procedures to ensure expense submissions are compliant. Treat exceptions as opportunities to teach employees about company policies, procedures, MBM culture and Guiding Principles. Identify high-risk patterns which can lead to fraud, misuse, or abuse of company assets.
Experience being proactive and seeking to anticipate customers’ needs and developing alternatives based on value created.
Experience living and traveling in Japan preferred
Previous experience in Audit or Compliance work
Hands-on experience with Concur or similar expense tracking tool
Advanced MS Excel
