- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting positive employee relations and creating a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

- Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Practices, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
