  1. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting positive employee relations and creating a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  4. Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  5. Lead and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
  8. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  9. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to promote a positive and engaging work environment.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  13. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives and programs.
  15. Serve as an advocate for the company's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Practices, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Business Challenges.
