Job Description

Koch Industries is looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within their assigned region and working with sales teams to ensure all goals are achieved. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The Regional Sales Manager will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in sales and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams. We are looking for a self-starter who is driven to exceed goals and is eager to learn and grow with our company. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a management role• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute sales strategies• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to analyze data and develop reports to measure sales performance• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software
